Return Policy

  • You can request a return for any reason, but a 15% restocking fee (based on the product's MRP) will apply.

  • You must report a return within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • If you choose store credits, only the return shipping charges will be deducted (no restocking fee).

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories like price tags, barcodes, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

  • Refunds or store credits will only be issued after the product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check.

  • If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, a refund will only be processed once we receive the product back in our warehouse, as per our policy.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days once the product is approved.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at support@trovecca.com or call +91 9897284431 within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a proper unboxing video showing the product from cutting the tape of the box, including any visible damage or defect.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • If the product is damaged, we will replace the item or repair it as needed.

  • We will arrange a pickup for returns. If not possible, you must send the product via a reliable courier within one day of our confirmation.

  • Ensure the return is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Important Notes

  • All returns and replacements are subject to a 48-hour return policy.

  • Microscopic defects not visible after installation will not qualify for replacement.

  • The warranty for Trovecca excludes coverage for normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations or modifications, accidental damage, and issues resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions. It also does not cover products used in commercial settings, damage caused by improper installation, or specific components such as light bulbs or batteries.   • Trovecca reserves the right to modify or enforce this policy at any time without prior notice. Please note that the terms regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations may change periodically.

  • If we determine that you are misusing this policy—such as by repeatedly returning, canceling, or refusing orders, or requesting excessive refunds—Trovecca reserves the right to take appropriate action.

  • Trovecca reserves the sole right to accept, process, or cancel any order placed on its website at its discretion. In the event of order cancellation, customers will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy

Cancellation Policy
